Rates from: - R450 per person per night sharing a room, Bed and Breakfast and R650 for singles
Or, for the exclusive use of the entire Villa for 6 guests up to 16 guests sharing is R4900 per day.
Rates for the 2 bedroomed suite with its own lounge and Kitchen on a Self Catering basis which can accommodate 4 or 5 persons -- From R1,500 per night - Or additional B&B options are available

Rates for the exclusive use as a private Villa –
Accommodate 6 individuals in a room each or,
12 adults sharing with additional bedding for 4 children or close family.
From R4,900 per night out of season
To R6,500 per night (during Christmas and New Year)

Quotations will be provided based on:-

• Number of guests
• Time of year
• Length of stay
• Self-Catering or Bed and Breakfast
• Bed and cooked breakfasts; or continental breakfast; or no breakfast.
• Deposits paid in advance.
• Special Quotes for the entire Villa out of season and long lets
• Special Quotes for the 4 bedroom suite are available all year.
• Special Quotes for self-catering in 2 bedroom suite in-season and long lets
• Additional supplements for - Single occupancy, as indicated above
• Single night stays -R100 per room taken.
• If you need additional personal services, including transport , tours, parties, lunches, dinners or logistics to visit attractions or attend a Conference or Convention in Cape Town.

We can manage and organise many different events including, Business meeting, Dinners, Baby-sitter, hire of additional child support equipment like cots and high chairs. 
We are able to provide flexible rates for parties who wish to rent multiple rooms or the entire house for extended periods.
There is also a 4 bedroomed option available outside of peak season - Available from Feb to November this costs from R3,400 per day self-catering.
